Water gets filtered to zero
Regular tap water runs through carbon and reverse-osmosis filters that strip out every mineral — calcium, magnesium, dissolved solids — until nothing is left to dry into a spot.
Residential Service
Spot-free windows on your home, done by someone who actually cares whether you're happy with the work. Serving West Chester, Malvern, Downingtown, and every town in between.
What's Included
A standard Meridian residential visit covers the exterior of every window on your house — cleaned, rinsed, and dried perfectly clear with our pure-water system. Add on the interior, the screens, or the sills anytime; we'll bundle it into one price and one visit.
Our Process
Traditional soap-and-squeegee cleaning leaves behind detergent residue that dries as streaks and actually attracts dirt faster. Pure-water cleaning solves that.
Regular tap water runs through carbon and reverse-osmosis filters that strip out every mineral — calcium, magnesium, dissolved solids — until nothing is left to dry into a spot.
Lightweight carbon-fiber poles carry pure water up to 30 feet, so we can clean most second-story windows without a single ladder against your house.
Because there's nothing in the water to leave behind, windows air-dry with no streaks, no squeegee lines, and no towel marks. Just glass you can see through.
Who This Is For
We work on every kind of home in Chester County — from downtown West Chester townhomes with original wood sashes, to newer construction in Chester Springs and Malvern, to full estate properties in Unionville and Devon. If it has glass, we can clean it.
Especially good fits for our service:
One call, one honest quote, one careful crew.
What Customers Say
Real reviews from real Chester County homeowners — coming as we finish our first jobs. In the meantime, ask around; we'd rather earn word-of-mouth than pay for ads.
"Your review could be here. When we finish your first cleaning, we'll ask for honest feedback."
"We're building this business one careful job at a time. Every review posted here will be a real one."
"Meridian's promise: if the windows aren't spot-free, we come back until they are — no charge."
Questions
Two things. First, we use a DI (deionized) water tank system that filters every mineral out of the water before it touches your glass — regular hose or tap water leaves hard-water spots when it dries; pure water dries perfectly invisible. Second, we don't just do the glass. Every visit is a 4-in-1: glass, frames, tracks, and sills all cleaned together. Most companies stop at the glass, which is why their work gets dirty fast — the next rain drags built-up grime off the dirty frames right back onto the pane. Clean the whole window system and your windows actually stay clean between visits.
We use a DI (deionized) water tank system that filters every hard-water mineral out of regular water before it touches your windows. Because there's nothing left in the water to leave a mark, the glass dries streak-free and spot-free on its own — no soap, no towels, no residue.
We always give a firm quote before we start any work, and confirm it with you on-site. You don't pay until the job is done and we've walked the property with you to make sure every window looks the way you expected. No deposit up front, no surprise number at the end — just honest work and a fair price.
For exterior-only cleaning, no — you don't need to be home. For interior cleaning, someone will need to let us in. We're insured and treat every home like it's a friend's.
Most Chester County homeowners get exterior cleaning twice a year — spring and fall. Homes near tree lines, farmland, or busy roads sometimes go quarterly. We can recommend a schedule after we see your property.
Yes — that's the 4-in-1 approach on every visit. Screens come out, get washed and brushed, and go back exactly where they were. Frames, tracks, and sills all get wiped down. It's what keeps the whole window system clean, not just the glass surface.
Yes. Meridian Window Cleaning is fully insured — commercial general liability. Happy to send our certificate on request before the first job.
We schedule cleanings during the warmer months, roughly April through October, when temperatures are consistent enough for the pure-water system to work at its best. During the winter months we're on pause — reach out any time and we'll add you to the spring schedule.
